In a society of rules and cultural codes, it’s easy to find people judging or feeling judged. This crochet jam led by Bay Area artist Ramekon O’Arwisters is an evening of public art making free from expectations and limitations.

Fabric and crochet needles will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. This evening’s creation will be one part of the overall piece, as Lava Mae’s guests and other audiences also contribute to the final work of art.
