Event Details

Celebrate Mexican Independence Day at the museum by enjoying free margaritas and snacks after hours. What better way to celebrate “El Grito” than to view and discuss Latino/a art that raises critical questions about ethnicity, identity, art and politics?

Sip on a cocktail while mingling with friends and enjoy the contemporary art on display in the galleries of the Mexican Museum. It’s also a perfect stop for refreshments before or after you check out the vendors at OFF THE GRID in Fort Mason (5-10pm).
This free happy hour cocktail event is co-sponsored by Tommy’s Margarita Mix and Casa Sanchez. To support The Mexican Museum, please click here.

Please note: Tickets are not required, but an RSVP is appreciated.
