Join celebrated author, Dale Dougherty, as he discusses his newest book “Free to Make,” an insightful look into the growing “Maker Movement” taking place across the globe. Learn how a renewed interest in creating, inventing and experimenting just for the pleasure of it has resulted in the conception of remarkably innovative new products and services.

Dale Dougherty, early creator and participant in the Maker Movement, is the creator of MAKE:Magazine and organized the first Maker Faire. Following the lecture, Dougherty will be available for book signings. Copies of his book may be purchased at the event.
