Bay Area Science Events

Join Kim Steinhardt for an eye-opening photographic journey through southern sea otter history, habitat, and current litigation. Part art, part science, part law, this evening will leave you with a better understanding of how efforts to “manage” the ocean can create clashes between law, science, and ocean stewardship. The survival of 3,300 southern sea otters and more– hangs in the balance.
