Exploratorium After Dark: Heartworks

After Dark is held at the Exploratorium on the first Thursday of every month. It mixes cocktails, conversation and adult-oriented programming in science and the arts.

Take in the wonder of Michael Sturtz’s Daluvmacheen, a giant man-made metal heart powered by a washing machine engine.

Help create a series of chain reaction machines – themed on the various emotions connected with love – then witness them in action. The evening will also feature film screenings, presentations and more.
