Meet Chef Sujan Sarkar, executive chef of SoMa s new restaurant, ROOH, and try his signature Tuna Bhel, made with fresh sustainable tuna, avocado, black rice and tamarind chutney a popular Indian street food turned into a modern and trendy dish.

Chef Sarkar is a Times Chef of the Year in India, and has run Michelin-starred and Conde Nast acclaimed restaurants. ROOH is a blend of east and west with delicately balanced flavors and fresh local ingredients prepared with modern techniques.
