Event Details

Join them for an interesting and refreshing discussion on diversity in the playable media. Race, gender, aging are some of the topics still rare in videogames. How does the gaming industry seize on diverse themes, which are part of our life long reality? And to what extent are games able to influence human perception, thinking and acting?

The Goethe-Institut San Francisco is thrilled to host experts from various fields discussing those topics, offering a deeper and more vivid insight on a very heterogenous debate.
