Bay Area Science Events

Come learn about landscaping with natives, with special emphasis on drought tolerant plants that do exceptionally well in the Bay Area.

Rebecca Blanck-Weiss (Presidio Nursery Assistant and Landscape Designer) and Desmond Murray (Presidio Nursery Community Programs Manager) will go over how to do site evaluations, picking appropriate plant communities, and how to calculate the amount of water they will use.
