On September 15, 2010 Jack London Square in Oakland plays host to the “El Grito” 2010 Festival: Celebrating the Bicentennial of Mexico’s Independence. Join the City of Oakland, the Mexican Consulate, and the Spanish Speaking Citizens’ Foundation for a culturally rich (and free) festival featuring artists, craft vendors, music, and family entertainment.
