DJ Skyler Villain of the DJ duo Vaude Villainz will be joining us to spin spooky electroswing and old school Halloween classics.
Skyler Villain is 1/2 part of the production duo The Vaude Villiainz well known for pioneering the electro swing and future jazz movement, conjuring up the voodoo sounds of vintage swing and unadulterated 21st century bass. Recently signed to the UK label, Ragtime records and also most recently put out on the electroswing revolution compilation out of Paris with hits like Voodoo “Jumping Jack” and Evil “are being championed by notorious DJs all over the world such as Parov Stelar, Caravan Palace, Bart & Baker, and Swing Growers to name just a few. Skyler Villain is also a resident DJ in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas holding down residencies at the Cosmopolitan, Trapeze, Edwardian Ball SF and LA and Burning Man as well as weekly residencies at Grant and Green and Matrix, showcasing styles from glitch, funk, swing, old school hip hop, deep house and trap. His repeated tastemaker sets and revolving door of styles and genre bashing make him one of the most sought out DJs.
