Londoner and Bay Area newcomer Phil Surtees is Elton Johnny: A Bit Like Elton at 9 pm for a special share of Elton John’s music as a benefit for newcomer 3rd Street Playhouse. 3rd Street Playhouse is bringing live performance to district 10, the Bayview and beyond.
