Introduction to the Big History of the Universe | Mountain View

Every Tuesday through October 4th.

Curious about the history of the cosmos, Earth, life, and humanity? Ever wonder how a soup of subatomic particles could become us? The Big History of Nature tells the story of how nature evolved from a Big Bang to the formation of Earth and from chemicals to life to Homo sapiens.

Join John Hostettler, Retired Professor of Chemistry, SJSU, for this free 5-part talk based on the Teaching Company course taught by David Christian, and on the Big History Project funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
