Join La Peña Cultural Center on Tuesdays for mindfulness meditation yoga, a relaxing exercise that will give you increased focus and reduced stress.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and props if you have them. All are welcome.

This event occurs every Tuesday from 10:30-11:45 am at La Peña Cultural Center.
