EVENT UPDATE: Please note that we’ve been recently told this is a private event and not open to the public.

“The Bay to Breakers of lawn game tournaments, with less crime and garbage.”

This year, the group will most likely be complying with USA Kubb official gameplay rules. The big changes:

  • No more stacking
  • Larger court
  • No need to rotate kubb thrower

They’d recommend getting some practice on the new rules, and learning the “inkasting” technique.

Schedule:
10:00am pitches open – come to practice
10:30 Inkasting clinic + practice time
11:00 all teams report in / rule changes explanation.
11:30 Start — Seeding Round (1 hr)
12:30: Qualifying round ends, scores tallied.
1pm: Trophy Rounds of California Kubb Championship begin

Signup here. Team Fee: $30- please pay in advance via Paypal or Venmo. This is also a picnic. Bring food/drinks for yourself and to share. This is a family-friendly event. And they would like to ask everyone not to bring glass bottles, please.
