Event Details

Come to Go Expo Day on May 14 and learn to play go in private or small group lessons. The lessons are free, and you’ll take home a game set and instruction booklet so that you’ll have everything you need to play go with your family and friends. The lessons run continuously from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. The game sets and lessons are free.

If you already play go, come to Go Expo Day and play in the ratings tournament. The tournament is open to all players 30 kyu to 9 dan, and is rated by the American Go Association. If you don’t already have a rating or don’t know how good a go player you are, this is your opportunity to find out and establish your official US rating. The tournament runs continuously from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
