Barbara Klutinis’ documentary film, “The Sum Total of Our Memory: Facing Alzheimer’s Together” is about three Bay Area couples affected by their partner’s recent diagnosis of Early Alzheimer’s and how they come to terms with their changing roles. Interviews with prominent Alzheimer’s medical experts offer their perspectives on diagnosis, the nature of the disease, stigma, support for caregivers and more.
