Event Details

Come celebrate the final day of programs in BAM/PFA’s current building at 2626 Bancroft Way during “Let’s Go – A Farewell Revel” featuring dance battles, live music, performance art, sound art, a performance on 100 metronomes, and art-making for kids of all ages.

The event will culminate in a celebratory procession to the site of BAM/PFA’s future home, which is under construction at 2155 Center St., on the corner of Oxford and Center Streets in downtown Berkeley and scheduled to open in early 2016.

BAM/PFA’s “Let’s Go – A Farewell Revel” Schedule:

  • Art-Making for Kids of All Ages with Veronica Graham (11 am – 1 pm)
  • Concert by Kitka (2 pm – 2:30 pm)
  • Dance Battles by TURFinc (2:30 pm – 3 pm)
  • Sound Art by Chris Kallmyer (3:30 pm – 4 pm)
  • Performance by Artist Dohee Lee (4 pm – 4:30 pm)
  • Ligeti’s Poème Symphonique for 100 Metronomes (4:40 pm – 5 pm)
  • Followed by a procession to BAM/PFA’s new downtown Berkeley location (5 pm)
