The seasonal food festivals at the Ferry Building Farmers’ Market continues into December with a day dedicated to the brassica (a genus of plants in the mustard family). At 11:00 am is a Seasonal Cooking Demonstration with Ivy Manning, author of “he Adaptable Feast: Satisfying Meals for the Vegetarians, Vegans, and Omnivores at Your Table”.
At 11:45 am is another cooking demonstration with Amy Wisniewski and Christine Gallary of CHOW.com.
The CUESA Kitchen is located in the north side of the Ferry Building near Taylors’ Refresher
