Unfortunately, many of us turn to unhealthy, jitters and crash-inducing solutions like caffeine and sugar to fight exhaustion that barely get us through the day. The good news is by simply by making a few smart and health-conscious choices every day, you can eliminate fatigue once and for all. In this workshop by Healthy Living Expert, Tigisti Weldeab, you’ll get the tools you need to burst with energy morning, noon and night!

During this workshop, you will learn, collaborate in small groups, and have the opportunity to network with other women from diverse backgrounds who also want to improve their lives.
