The Fourth Annual Kulinarya Showdown, a celebration of Philippine cuisine through a competition among chefs, foodies, and other culinary enthusiasts, takes place from 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday, November 23, 2013.
Free, but an RSVP is required and there will be fees for food tasting ($5-$20 in 2012)
Witness a head-to-head live cooking competition among six talented “chef-testants” representing New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Honolulu. Pushing beyond adobo and lumpia, the chefs will prepare their own take on traditional Filipino dishes, competing for a free trip to the Philippines to embark on a culinary adventure of their own.
