Friday, October 2 Headliners:

Kirk McHenry – Versatility and ability to deliver side bursting laughs to his audience, sets Kirk McHenry apart from the modern day urban comic. Born and raised in Oakland, California. Kirk McHenry has experienced a wealth of knowledge from life in the inner city, prep school in the suburbs, college life in the south and even a successful four-year stint in the Marine Corps. Always viewing life through the eyes of a comic, Kirk blends all of his life experiences together into a storytelling brand of comedy that has been likened to Bill Cosby with a Richard Pryor twist. Having already opened for such stars as Paul Mooney, Bobby Slayton, Tommy Davidson and the Whispers, Kirk has been labeled on of the Bay Area’s fastest rising young stars and has even gained recognition as one of the top 10 comics in the Bay Area

Kaseem Bentley – Named SF Weekly Best of Award Winner for “Racial Humor You Don’t Feel Guilty Laughing At” and one of the Bay Area’s “Top 5 Comedians to Watch” by the San Jose Mercury News and Kaseem Bentley is an African American insult comic from San Francisco. Growing up with his ‘hardcore class clown’ father and mom that was like a tough Claire Huxtable Kaseem developed his no-holds-barred comedic style that made friends and co-workers always laugh. After years of procrastinating he finally tried stand up in 2006 and has been steadily making a name for himself in the Bay Area. Known as the “The funniest comic at the worst show” he works at works at the SF Punchline & is a resident of the legendary show Comedy Night @ IL Pirata in Sf.
