> EVENT UPDATE: This event is no longer taking place.

The first Thursday of every month, The Red Vic hosts a free art and music show, featuring local artists and musicians starting at 6:30 pm.

I am Human Art Exhibit:

Cliff Geertz said, “The cycles and supercycles are endless, unanchored, unaccountable, and, as their internal order has no significance without climax. They do not accumulate, they do not consume, they do not build, and are not consumed. They don’t tell you what time it is, they tell you what kind of time it is.

Wear a costume of a dead or living character or come as you are. Work by Asya Abdrahman, a San Francisco, mixed media artist.

Music by Los Sirenas
Los Sirenas is a band of queer women of color who were brought together with the guidance of their generous ancestors. This trio creates a musical sacred space on stage and plays to communities that are battling against homophobia, misogyny and white supremacy.

Music by Trio Cambio
“We are TrioCambio. Our original songs are about love, unity, harmony, justice, peace and revolution. Trio because three is strong like a tripod a triangle or a pyramid.

This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, businesses, places, events and incidents are the products of the artist’s imagination used in a fictitious manner. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead or actual events is purely coincidental and skewed by your biased worldview.
