Event Details

Follow the L until it ends on Tuesdays after work and get rewarded with free hot dogs soaked in beer each Tuesday night at The Riptide, a great little 1940s-era dive bar at the edge of San Francisco in the Sunset. And all of this during happy hour from 4pm to 7pm.

About The Riptide
The Riptide is the Bay Area’s best little honky-tonk by the beach. Located in the Sunset District it was built in 1941 and has the look and feel of a small town lodge. In addition to rustic brick flooring and high ceilings, the original knotty pine walls and a raging fireplace. Plus there’s an outdoor smoking lounge with a view of the Pacific Ocean.

The Riptide opens daily at 4 P.M. If you’re looking for a casual atmosphere and a conversation or two with the local neighbors, stop by for Happy Hour from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. featuring honest drink specials.
