Dance a summer evening away in San Mateo’s beautiful Central Park with free concerts held every Thursday night during the summer.
Low-back chairs and blankets are welcome. Downtown parking is free after 6 pm.

The Department of Rock performs the hits from Journey, Bon Jovi, Van Halen, Def Leppard, Foreigner, AC/DC, U2, Soundgarden, Led Zeppelin, Staind, Sammy Hagar, Motley Crue, The Killers, Ratt, The Police, Styx, Kings of Leon, Scorpions, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shinedown, Blink-182, Weezer, Tom Petty, Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Idol, Alice In Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Billy Squire, and many more.
The Department of Rock have performed, recorded, and worked with some of the greatest national & international producers, recording artist, and pro-audio companies in the world. To mention just a few: members of Aerosmith, Journey, Tesla, Led Zeppelin, Scorpions, White Stripes, Metallica, Linkin Park, Buck Cherry, Ronnie Montrose, Night Ranger, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, and Meyer Sound Labs.
