Event Details

The Haight-Ashbury tour is a musical tour, with songs about the Free Love Movement and the hippies of the 60s.

The tour explores:

  • The Grateful Dead’s hallowed psychedelic home
  • Rock goddess Janis Joplin’s pink apartment
  • Panhandle Park, hippie haven and concert grounds
  • Famed Haight and Ashbury intersection
  • Tie-dyed street art of 1960’s Summer of Love
  • Soup kitchen for activist group the Diggers
  • Cult mastermind Charles Manson’s psychotic estate
