K.Flay is a prolific indie hip-hop artist currently based in Brooklyn. She double majored in psychology and sociology at Stanford and found she had a knack for hip-hop while she was there. After releasing her last album with RCA Records, K.Flay has taken her career into her own hands, DIY style, and is self-releasing her strongest album to date, ?Life As A Dog?, with the help of fans via a Pledge Music campaign (which raised money for the record in a few days). She’ll also be braving the heat on this summer’s Vans Warped Tour.
