Prior to joining HHS, Park co-founded the health IT company Athenahealth and the web-based health care shopping service Castlight. He volunteered as a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress, working on health IT and health reform policy. He was also a senior health care advisor to Ashoka, where he helped start Healthpoint Services, a venture to bring affordable telehealth, drugs, diagnostics, and clean water to rural India.
