Friends and colleagues of Different Fur Studios are invited to attend a legal workshop on Music Copyrights, Monday, April 3, 2017 at 7 pm.

Join entertainment attorney Mark A. Pearson of ARC Law Group for an informative workshop on the fundamentals of copyright in the music industry. Mark will break down the two copyrights associated with written and recorded music and give you insights into how each are monetized. Topics of discussion will include an overview of U.S. Copyright Law and registration, protecting your copyright rights, working with producers/songwriters, performing rights societies, and licensing. This workshop is geared toward artists and industry professionals interested in learning the basics of music copyright.

Mark A. Pearson is a founding partner at ARC Law Group (www.arclg.com), a San Francisco law firm focused on counseling Creative, Talented and Entrepreneurial clients.
