Explore the heart of the Mission District on this free food, mural, and architecture walking tour of the 24th Street Cultural corridor. Led by longtime Mission residents who know all the most authentic, off-the-beaten path spots, hidden history (with an extensive historical photo archive), and the best places to grab a bite. This tour is full of tons of local knowledge, perfect for new and old time residents and visitors alike.

You’ll explore some of SF’s best & most famous local food businesses, including the La Palma tortilla factory, Dynamo Donuts, Humphrey Slocombe Ice Cream, St. Francis Fountain, the original Philz Coffee, and Wise & Sons Jewish deli. Along the way you’ll also get a crash course in SF architecture, discover SF’s oldest residence, and see the Mission’s most significant pre-1906 earthquake buildings.

Throughout the tour you’ll see and learn about the Mission extensive and unique mural culture, seeing it’s most prominent pieces including a famous mural art alley.
