Event Details

Bring a lawn chair and blanket, food and drink  and even your dog, and join in the parking lot between the New Parkway and Drake’s Dealership (look for the big white screen). This is one of Uptown’s favorite neighborhood events so don’t miss out.

You are welcome to come set up as early as 7:30 pm with the movie starting at right around 9 pm, sunset permitting. All seating is first-come, first-served.

Some refreshments will be available for purchase through Drake’s and the New Parkway’s rolling popcorn cart (cash only) but you are more than welcome to bring your own everything (except alcohol). And bring your friends too.

Back to The Future (1985)

Rev up that DeLorean for yet another timelessly entertaining trip back to the “futuristic” year of 1985, and then the ancient past of the 1950s, as Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) and his scientist mentor (Christopher Lloyd) teach the kids all about the evolution of rock ‘n’ roll.

And learn a few valuable lessons themselves in the process. But the main takeaway is that fun movies never age, they only improve with each viewing – particularly when shared with an audience of fellow appreciative fans, old and new.
