Golden Gate Garrison 501st Legion of storm troopers – and possibly other special guest appearances from the Rebel Legion – will march through the square for the July 13th screening of “Spaceballs” in San Jose.

Take advantage of San Jose’s warm, summer nights and enjoy a free movie under the star-studded sky at “Starlight Cinemas” outdoor movie classics series which occurs 11 times this summer (Wednesdays at 7 p.m. through Aug. 31), including fun family games and entertainment before the screening itself.

Mel Brooks’ goofball spoof on space movies features John Candy and Rick Moranis, who plays Lord Dark Helmet and tries to steal Planet Druidia’s supply of oxygen. Only Lone Starr can save the day.
