The Working Body hosts a free community class every second Sunday of the month in Oakland.

All are welcome, so come out and enjoy a free workout (or yoga) class to stay fit and healthy.

Please note, advance registration for the class may be required. 

In this class, using all tools at your disposal (balls, bands, weights, ropes), they will challenge your cardio fitness, balance, and strength through an ever revolving set of different exercises, to keep your body always guessing. This class will begin with a warm up and end with a cool down.

This is a free class and is appropriate for beginners. Registration is required to make sure you have a spot.

The Working Body hosts a free class open to everyone every second Sunday of each month. This class is held regularly at The Working Body on Saturdays from 8-9 am with Martin Jones.
