Many assaults can be avoided or prevented using awareness, intuition, body language and voice. In this class students develop their intuition and situational awareness, practice powerful verbal skills and body language, and learn simple and effective physical strike techniques. This class also explores the essential life skill of setting boundaries in daily life, whether with strangers or people you know.
This workshop will be held in Room 410B, down the hall from the library. Registration is required.
