The Sun Room SF, a donation based Movement & Arts Studio in the heart of the Mission District, is offering one whole week of free Hatha Flow Yoga classes.
Classes are offered Monday through Saturday, from 9:30-10:30 am. Spend your Easter vacation developing a practice that will heal both your mind, body, and spirit. The Sun Room is a beautiful, sun lit space and yoga mats are available for rent or bring your own.
