Hatha Yoga in the Park is a beautiful way to start the day. Whether you’ll be going to work later or having brunch with a friend, begin your morning in the sun feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenate accompanied by like-minded people.
Class will include breathing exercises, blissful stretches, and seated meditation. Class will be located on the east side of The Panhandle park by Lyon and Baker street (a bit behind the William McKinley statue). All levels welcomed, beginners encouraged.
Please Note: Yoga mats are not provided.
