Freedom Festival: Free Massage, Yoga, Fire Dancing, Live Music & Discussions | GG Park

The Freedom Festival is a celebration and exploration of freedom and a rally around the issue of human trafficking and modern day slavery, happening at the Old Speedway Meadow from noon to 6pm on Sunday, September 13, 2015.

There will be local live music, tons of local art (both interactive and for sale), free massage, yoga, reiki energy healing, fire dancing, dancing galore, a panel discussion on key issues, and other fun things to do and see.

From the organizers:

“We feel that it’s key to keep this event accessible to everyone, thus it’s free and all are welcomed. We believe that as long as any one of us is denied their freedom, be it through human trafficking, wrongful incarceration, for political dissent, by poverty, or due to their race, gender, faith, class or ability, then none of us are fully free.

Our Intentions: Raising Consciousness, Funds & Support, Supporting Local Artists, Creating a Healing Experience, Networking, & Building Community Momentum for ACTION?
