Join Sports Basement for a dip in the bay at Aquatic Park to test out a demo rental wetsuit from Sports Basement or use your own personal wetsuit for a guided introduction to open water swimming, sighting tips, skills drills and a workout.

Meet on the stadium staircase area at the water’s edge to stretch and discuss the tips, drills and the workout ahead. Parking is available at the end of Van Ness Avenue near the water.
