Take a 7 mile fun run through Lobos Creek in the Presidio with a new generation of Bay Area veterans, and honor service, resilience, and health while preparing for the upcoming San Francisco Giant Race taking place on Sunday, August 27, 2017.
At each run, attendees will learn about an aspect of the park’s military and cultural history. All fun runs end with drinks, snack, a raffle, and the chance to socialize with other runners and hear about a local veterans organization. Beverages and snacks provided by Sports Basement. Our fun-run series is co-hosted by Presidio Sports Basement, Giants Enterprises, and the Presidio Trust with support from Team Red, White, and Blue (RWB).
