Cancelled: “The Fake Podcast” Comedy Show | SF

Please note, this event is no longer taking place.

The Fake Podcast hosts the Bay Area’s favorite comedians with an added twist every fourth Monday of the month at Milk Bar. Sometimes it’s a performer, sometimes it’s something people have to do, but it’s always weird and always entertaining.

Brandon Stokes is a co-producer of the monthly “Fun Times With Friends” comedy show at Lost Weekend Video, and has performed at SF Sketchfest.

August 4, 2014 Lineup featuring:

  • Vincent Chuang (Punchline Comedy Club) travels the coast of California performing regularly all along the way.
  • Comedy powerhouse Land Smith brings his rapid-fire, politically-charged act to always-receptive audiences across the Bay Area. No, actually he just stands there and tells a one-liner, then waits too long to tell the next one. Land has been writing jokes for over a decade, but finally got around to telling them just now. He has performed at the Punch Line, SF Sketchfest 2013, and is a co-producer of the multimedia comedy show Talkies.
  • Sandra Risser is a quick witted, vibrant comic. She grabs the audience with her first sentence and keeps them laughing throughout her set. Young and old alike are captivated by her unorthodox and irreverent look at growing up in Iowa and surviving the sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll culture of the ’60s & ’70s.
  • Paul Sanford is the Gentle Giant of comedy with the heart to match. He brings a curiosity, and vulnerability to the stage that puts audiences at ease with his poignant and funny observations.
