Ghirardelli Square hosts a family friendly Fourth of July festival with live indie rock and R&B music, plus “Twistyman” a balloon artist on the square from 4pm to 7pm. You can view the fireworks from the Square and many of the shops (especially the Chocolate Shop) will remain open late.
