Get down to Market Street on Halloween for the city’s parade and celebration for the 2014 World Champion Giants!

The victory ticker-tape parade will take place Friday, October 31, 2014 starting at Noon. And beware, there’s a chance of rain which may affect the start time.

The parade will start at the foot of Market near the Ferry Building (at Steuart) and head down Market Street to Civic Center for the big celebration near the steps of City Hall.

2014 Parade Route

– Starts at Market and Steuart streets at Noon.
– Parade travels west on Market Street, turn right onto McAllister Street.
– Ends at City Hall.

Nearly 100 cars, floats and performing troupes will participate in the 90 minute parade starting with Giants staff and broadcasters, Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, and Mayor Ed Lee,  followed by Giants legends Barry Bonds, Gaylord Perry, Dave Dravecky, Orlando Cepeda, Juan Marichel and Willie Mays.

Interspersed you’ll get all the Giants stars like Matt Cain, Buster Posey, Joe Panik, Hunter Pence, Pablo Sandoval with MVP Madison Bumgarner, the 2010 and 2012 World Series trophies and Manager Bruce Bochy with the 2014 world series trophy at the end.
