Golden Gate Park Band’s Free Symphony in the Park (2024)
The Golden Gate Park Band presents its 142nd season in Golden Gate Park’s music concourse. That’s right, this 30-piece symphony has been playing free concerts in Golden Gate Park since 1882.
Come out for Ukranian-American Day with the Golden Gate Park Band for Ukranian music, singing, and dancing.
The Program features leading Ukrainian performers from the Greater Bay Area and Sacramento in authentic regional costumes performing traditional Kozak folk dances (incl. the world-renowned Hopak), songs and music from Ukraine, showcasing national instruments.
