The San Francisco Capture the Flag group meets every few weeks and on January 18, 2014, they’re out to plant their flag on top of Strawberry Hill in the middle of Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park.
It’s $3 to play, and an RSVP is required.
“From the top of Strawberry Hill, you can survey much of San Francisco. But you may not have time to drink in the city’s beauty, as you will be running, running, running to seek and defend a flag. They’ll acquaint you with the rules and tactics before dividing into two teams and squaring off. Please bring your collection of flags. After they’ve played, they’ll head to a nearby spot for dinner.”
