Green Apple Books occasionally hosts a free showcase of local music with Bay Area musicians playing a show right in the store.
Catch a special in-store concert by local band Down and Outlaws.
Down and Outlaws plays gritty, dirty, whiskey-straight-from-the-bottle, rock n’ roll. Their combination of blues, metal, and classic rock creates the musical sound that you imagine skeletons dancing in cemeteries to.
Down and Outlaws are a band of true musicians and writers, complete with gripping lyrics, driving drum and bass lines, fiery guitar, and some haunting harmonica solos.
See them play an entirely acoustic set in the Green Apple Annex. Please note, there’s limited space, so arrive early to stake your spot.
