Annual Spooktacular Halloween Block Party | Japantown

Dress up in costume and enjoy Halloween games, activities, mall-wide trick or treating, a mysterious bouncy house, face painting, and a haunted craft corner for a Spooktacular Halloween Party in the Japantown Peace Plaza from 12 – 4 PM on October 28, 2012.

Children and adults are invited to dress in costume and stop by for some socializing, trick-or-treating and lots of activities.

* In the Japantown Peace Plaza they’ll have a range of games and decorations.
* Visit the craft table to decorate mini-pumpkins and bags.
* Little guests can enjoy having their faces painted & removable tattoos.
* Children in costume will be able to trick or treat in East and West Malls and to visit participating retailers for candy and surprises.
