Every first Saturday from 11 am to 12:30 pm, Point Bonita YMCA will be hosting a free program that promotes health and different dimensions of wellness including environmental, physical, intellectual, occupational, emotional, spiritual and social wellness. All ages are welcome and they encourage you to bring family and friends.
Stay after the free event for an optional lunch ($10/adult; $5/child) and enjoy amazing ocean views in the Headlands.
Explore the natural and cultural history of the Marin Headlands on an engaging naturalist led hike.
Learn about the plants, animals, minerals and people that have inhabited this national park while enjoying a morning in the headlands.
