Every first Saturday from 11 am to 12:30 pm, Point Bonita YMCA will be hosting a free program that promotes health and different dimensions of wellness including environmental, physical, intellectual, occupational, emotional, spiritual and social wellness. All ages are welcome and they encourage you to bring family and friends.
Stay after the free event for an optional lunch ($10/adult; $5/child) and enjoy amazing ocean views in the Headlands.
The holiday season can get stressful – whether it’s work, family, friends, shopping – sometimes, you barely get time for yourself. Take the time to de-stress, relax and enjoy a private, serene area where you can let go of all your worries for a few hours. Ease your shoulders and take a solo stroll through the Headlands with inspiring quotes along the path of a stress-free you.
