Gourmet lunch options are available two blocks away at Off the Grid in front of City Hall.

San Francisco’s only Friday farmers market is open from 7am to 2:30pm above Civic Center BART station.

Heart of the City Farmers Market is a uniquely independent, farmer-operated, non-profit farmers market with a mission to bring affordable produce from local farms to the heart of San Francisco’s mid-Market community, open Wednesdays, Sundays, and now Fridays along Market Street between 7th and 8th Streets.

During the month of August and September, customers will receive a free market bag for using their credit or debit cards at the market information tent to purchase tokens to shop at the new Friday market. Available while supplies last.
