A holiday tradition in Mexican culture as well as in Traci Des Jardins’ home, tamales are a delicious way to bring family together.

Join Chef Des Jardins for a delightful cooking demonstration of her favorite festive tamales.

Chef Des Jardins and the Presidio Trust have partnered to create three Presidio eateries: Arguello in the Presidio Officers’ Club, The Commissary, and TRANSIT.
