Join them in the 3rd floor Community Meeting Room for Home Movie Day – a screening of home movies collected from the people of Berkeley. They’ll be projecting your home movies and found films in 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm formats on the Community Meeting Room’s big screen. They’ll also have tips on how to best preserve and care for your films. Don’t have your own home movies? Come join the audience to get a unique glimpse into the past.

Each film will be inspected to make sure it’s safe to project, so drop your film off early that day to help them keep the screening flowing smoothly. Drop your film off in the Community Meeting Room between 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, and come back at 1 for the screening. You can also drop film off early at the 5th floor Art & Music Desk any time during regular library hours now through October 20.
